Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about minimum orders, samples, materials, quality and shipping for custom yoga and pilates products.
Orders and MOQ
What is the minimum order quantity for custom yoga mats?
Most of our mats start at 100–300 pieces per design or color, depending on material. Printed suede mats start at 100 pieces; TPE mats at 300 pieces per color; bulk PVC studio mats at 500 pieces.
Can I mix colors to reach the MOQ?
Often yes. Many materials allow a lower per-color quantity when the total order meets the MOQ; we confirm the split in the quotation.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
FOB (you arrange freight), CIF (we ship to your port) or DDP (delivered with duties paid to your door, where available).
How are mats packed for export?
Rolled with a band or strap, in sleeves or retail boxes, then packed in corrugated export cartons. Carton counts are planned to reduce freight volume.
Samples and development
How long does it take to get a sample?
Pre-production samples with your logo and colors are typically ready in 5–10 days after you confirm the specification and artwork.
Can you help us develop a new mat design?
Yes. Send a reference, sketch or target spec and we will propose materials, thickness, colorways and packaging, then sample before bulk production.
How much does a yoga mat sample cost?
Sample cost depends on material and customization. Stock samples are low cost; custom-logo samples include setup. The sample fee is stated in your quotation and is usually credited against the bulk order.
Can I get samples of several materials?
Yes. Many buyers order a material kit — for example TPE, PU-rubber and cork — to compare grip, weight and feel before choosing.
How are samples shipped?
By express courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS), typically arriving in North America 3–7 days after dispatch.
Private label and OEM
What is the difference between OEM and private label?
Private label means we produce one of our existing designs with your logo, colors and packaging. OEM means we manufacture to your own specification or design. ODM means we develop a new design for you. All three follow the same sampling and QC process.
Do I need my own design to start?
No. Most new brands start with private label on a proven construction, then develop custom features once the line is selling.
Materials
Which yoga mat material is best for hot yoga?
PU-topped natural rubber and cork perform best when wet. A non-slip microfiber towel over any mat is a common studio solution.
Which material is latex-free?
TPE, PVC, NBR and PU-on-TPE constructions contain no natural latex. Natural rubber bases contain latex proteins.
Quality and testing
What do you check during pre-shipment inspection?
Dimensions and thickness, color against the approved sample, logo position and quality, surface defects, odor, packaging, labeling and carton marks — with a photo report sent to you.
Can you provide test reports?
Third-party testing through an accredited laboratory (for example for REACH, California Prop 65 or phthalate content) can be arranged per order. Requirements and costs are confirmed in the quotation.
What happens if goods do not match the sample?
Non-conforming units found at inspection are reworked or replaced before shipment. Our inspection criteria are agreed with you in writing before production.
Shipping and payment
Do you ship to the United States and Canada?
Yes. We ship worldwide by sea, air and express, with the United States and Canada as our core markets. We can quote FOB, CIF or DDP and deliver to your warehouse, studio or Amazon FBA.
How long does a custom yoga mat order take in total?
Allow roughly 2–3 weeks to reach an approved sample and 20–40 days for bulk production, plus transit: about 3–7 days by express, 7–12 days by air and 25–40 days by sea to North America.
What payment terms do you use?
A deposit confirms production and the balance is paid after the pre-shipment inspection report, before dispatch. Exact terms are stated in each quotation.
Can you deliver to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We can apply FNSKU labels, pack to FBA carton rules and coordinate delivery with your freight forwarder or ours.
