Quality control testing on a yoga mat sample
Home / Quality Control

Quality you can measure.

Quality control for yoga mats means checking thickness, dimensions, color, odor and logo against an approved sample at three points: incoming materials, during production and before shipment.

Testing for your market

Different markets carry different chemical and labeling rules. For the United States, many brands screen for California Proposition 65 substances; for Europe, REACH. We coordinate third-party testing through accredited labs when your order requires it, and keep reports with your order file.

Test scope, lab and cost are agreed per order. We do not claim certifications that have not been issued for your specific product.

Quality questions

What do you check during pre-shipment inspection?

Dimensions and thickness, color against the approved sample, logo position and quality, surface defects, odor, packaging, labeling and carton marks — with a photo report sent to you.

Can you provide test reports?

Third-party testing through an accredited laboratory (for example for REACH, California Prop 65 or phthalate content) can be arranged per order. Requirements and costs are confirmed in the quotation.

What happens if goods do not match the sample?

Non-conforming units found at inspection are reworked or replaced before shipment. Our inspection criteria are agreed with you in writing before production.
