Sampling and production
Pre-production samples are ready in 7–10 days once materials, colors and logo artwork are confirmed. After you approve the sample, bulk production typically takes 30–40 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and finishing. Every order passes in-line checks and a final pre-shipment inspection, and third-party testing (for example REACH or California Prop 65 screening through an accredited lab) can be arranged for your market.
Frequently asked questions
Does cork really improve grip when wet?
Cork’s surface becomes slightly tackier with moisture, which is why it is popular for hot yoga. Results vary with cork grade and finishing.
Can you engrave a full-surface design?
Yes. Laser engraving works across the whole cork surface; complex artwork adds a few days to production.
TPE or rubber base — which should I choose?
TPE is lighter and latex-free; natural rubber is heavier, flatter and more cushioned. We sample both so you can compare.
